Chicken burger w/ avocado
A #Subway breakfast is a nice way to start the day.

I had subways breakfast for first time this morning
Yum - I was able to get my veggie fix (tomato) & also my munchies w the cookies !!!
Ham, Bacon, Potatoes, Cheese & Pico BURRO w/ 3green + 1red sauce
Salad mix w/ Coleslaw & EVOO w/ Habanero Honey Mustard
Almond milk mix w/ Hershey’s Chocolate
Chocolate candies & caramels/toffees
Slept finally at/before 5AM, just after crashing post crazy caffeine -> the espresso shots that say they r only 40mg caffeine but to limit 2/day (( ie: I have no idea what they put in there! ))
Had to be at work in the eleven o’clock hour, so I was sleep-deprived and I can’t totally recall my food consumption.
A chicken burger, perhaps? on whole wheat, w/ more caffeine
I can’t figure out what else I ate. Certainly 2 Kiltlifters
Ate like a king …
Coffee (the Folgers instant was actually pretty good & I added shots of crazy caffeine to it).
French toast w/ butter and syrup !!!
Snack foods like chips, Chex mix, cheesy things, and orange candies.
Lasagna & Salad
Yesterday had *delicious* Strawberry Shortcake !!!
